The State government's social justice and special assistance department provide foreign education scholarship for SC students in Maharashtra. However, the scholars should refund the expenses incurred by the government if they discontinue their course.

      The Government launched the Maharashtra Chief Minister Fellowship (CMF) program to recruit young and dynamic graduates for administration. The duration of the CMF program is eleven months. The selected fellows will receive INR 45,000 as monthly remuneration.

      Eligibility Criteria

      The candidates should meet the following eligibility criteria for the Maharashtra Chief Minister Fellowship (CMF) program:

      • The candidates should be within the age group of 21 to 26 years.
      • They should hold a first-class undergraduate degree from any discipline.
      • The candidates should have at least one year of experience.
      • They should be proficient in the Marathi, English and Hindi languages.
      • The candidates should know how to use the computer and the internet.
      • They should be responsible, enterprising and enthusiastic.

      Rewards

      The Maharashtra chief minister fellows will receive the following benefits:

      • The CMF position will be equivalent to a Grade A officer position in government service.
      • They will receive INR 45,000 for travel and other expenses.
      • The candidates are eligible for ten days of paid leaves.
      • They will receive accident insurance during the fellowship.

The candidates who are children of registered labourers and have enrolled in technical, non-technical or professional undergraduate or postgraduate courses can apply to this Maharashtra scholarship 2023 scheme. The scholars will receive up to INR 30,000 per annum for their education.

        Eligibility Criteria

        Interested candidates applying for Dr Punjabrao Deshmukh vasatigruh nirvah Bhatta yojna should fulfil the following requirements:

        • The candidates should be permanent residents of Maharashtra.
        • Their parents/ guardians should be registered labour, Alpabhudarak or both.
