Safari will not print a page to PDF (whether actually printing or doing a "print" but saving to PDF). In either case, I get a blank page.
When I use Firefox, it works fine. So this is somehow related to Safari.
I saw older posts (3+ years) that said to remove various PDF files from the Internet/Plug-ins folder and the ~\Internet Plug-ins folder. I've done that, but the problem persists.
Running macOS Catalina 10.15.3 and Safari 13.0.5.

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?
Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
