Please help. I'm doing a poster on Open Office Draw and it has saved the file as .odg. How do I convert it to .ppt?

File > Save As; File type: MS Powerpoint (.ppt)
That should be a start, at least.
You could also just start a new presentation and then copy/paste the content there.

Oops. I see what you mean.
The formats are so close I was quite sure that they could be converted directly, but I see now that they aren't. Sorry!
Well, you can always use copy/paste. Or, maybe a bit easier, start a new presentation and use Insert > File to get each page from the drawing. Hmm, no, copy/paste sounds easier .
